Cancellation Policy

It is important to honor the commitment to attend scheduled appointments in order to receive optimal support and maximize the benefits of services. To ensure the smooth functioning of our practice and to provide the best service to all, we have implemented a cancellation/no-show policy: 1. Notification Requirement: If you need to reschedule your one-on-one session, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. 2. Rescheduling: In the event that you provide at least 48 hours via email ( we will gladly assist in rescheduling your appointment at a mutual time. 3. No Refunds: As per our policy, we do not offer refunds for missed or cancelled appointments. Instead we prioritize the opportunity for rescheduling, if you have given at least 48 hours' notice. 4. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you fail to provide the required 48 hours' notice or do not attend your scheduled session without any notice, it is considered a late cancellation or a no-show.
